Description

Bourton is Tricker's iconic men’s country shoe. These shoes are a piece of Northampton shoemaking history, and yet today they are the go-to shoe for men all around the world. The Bourton is unmistakable - a heavy Derby shoe that bears the brogue detailing synonymous with true country shoes. A half bellows tongue is folded and attached to the shoe to provide a watertight seal, and the storm welt provides an additional waterproof seal between the shoe's upper and sole. The profile of a Bourton is characteristically strong; with a solid sole unit, leather linings and the option of traditional leather soles or a Dainite sole for practicality.

As with all Tricker's shoes and boots, each pair of Bourton shoes are handmade within their Northampton factory in England by craftsmen and women using traditional methods, and to the same exacting standards that first established their reputation. There are 260 processes used to make each pair from start to finish. 

Their uncompromising standards of craftsmanship and use of honest materials are values that have been preserved and developed through five generations and are observed as resolutely today as they were in 1829. Colour Information 

Acorn Antique is the classic colour synonymous with Tricker's shoes and boots - a rich tan unique to Tricker's. Their Acorn Antique colourway works as well today as it has over the decades - it matches as well with deep indigo denim as it does with Tweed Breeks and long socks.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to dispatch orders on a next working day basis, please allow up to 10 working days per delivery, although most orders will be significantly quicker.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, and then a dispatch email with all tracking details once the shoes are sent.

Returns

There is a return fee of £8 if using the prepaid delivery label included with your order. Exchanges are free for orders over £50.
