Tricker's Men's Bourton Leather Brogue Shoes 5633/4
Bourton is Tricker's iconic men’s country shoe. These shoes are a piece of Northampton shoemaking history, and yet today they are the go-to shoe for men all around the world. The Bourton is unmistakable - a heavy Derby shoe that bears the brogue detailing synonymous with true country shoes. A half bellows tongue is folded and attached to the shoe to provide a watertight seal, and the storm welt provides an additional waterproof seal between the shoe's upper and sole. The profile of a Bourton is characteristically strong; with a solid sole unit, leather linings and the option of traditional leather soles or a Dainite sole for practicality.
As with all Tricker's shoes and boots, each pair of Bourton shoes are handmade within their Northampton factory in England by craftsmen and women using traditional methods, and to the same exacting standards that first established their reputation. There are 260 processes used to make each pair from start to finish.
Their uncompromising standards of craftsmanship and use of honest materials are values that have been preserved and developed through five generations and are observed as resolutely today as they were in 1829. When you choose Tricker’s, you never have to choose between practicality, durability and style.
Tricker’s shoes are worn by H.R.H. The Prince of Wales.
Acorn Antique is the classic colour synonymous with Tricker's shoes and boots - a rich tan unique to Tricker's. Their Acorn Antique colourway works as well today as it has over the decades - it matches as well with deep indigo denim as it does with Tweed Breeks and long socks.

Liam at BSC made buying a pair of shoes a joy - I ordered a pair which were the wrong colour and firstly returning them was easy but then the true customer service kicked in - when I explained my problem within 10 minutes I received two links to shoes that he thought would work - I chose the Trickers and they are superb. I then asked about suitable polish that they would recommend which was handled quickly - in simple terms nothing seems to be an issue and there is no pressure in buying - if only more companies could give such excellent service.
Ordered some Trickers - I received a call from custmer service to advise that show sizes in the brand can come up big and advised me to go with a smaller size. Shoes arrived 2 days later and despite being a whole size smaller, the shoes fit perfectly. Great service!
I must say buying my shoes from the British shoe company from start to finish. Actually ordering the wrong size I emailed and Liam got back to me very promptly say my size was not in stock and could take a few weeks, after giving me options I had total confidence and agreed to hang on. Not only did they come earlier than expected they are great and I will definitely be using them again.
I’ve got 2 pairs of Tricker boots they are with out doubt the best boots I’ve ever owned
