How does this service work?

It's very simple!

1) Using the options above, select the repair service that you need. Add it to your cart and checkout. If you are unsure which type of repair you need, visit our repair page

2) Box your repair up safely and ship to us using a courier of your choice. Please enclose your order number- so we know which shoes are yours! Our address is BSC REPAIRS, 14 Green Street, Bath, BA1 2JZ. Please don't send original packaging, shoe trees or dust bags as we are unable to store these in our workshop.

3) We will ship your shoes back to you FREE OF CHARGE as soon as they are complete (usually within 2 weeks). If you are collecting from us, we will give you a ring to arrange collection. 

4) Enjoy your newly repaired shoes for years to come!
